Animals have always been a big part of my life! I have been involved with the Humane Society since I was a kid through volunteer and educational programs. While in college, I worked at a pet store and later became a receptionist at a Humane Society. I joined Lakeside as a Customer Service Representative and truly enjoy being part of such a great team. One of the most rewarding parts of my role is supporting pet families throughout their visit. I love educating clients, answering questions, listening to their concerns, and helping them better understand their pets’ needs so they feel informed and supported in making decisions for their care. I also love meeting all of the different patients who come through the clinic. Every pet has their own unique personality, and I enjoy getting to know them and helping them feel comfortable and welcome. 

Outside of work, I love hiking and spending time with my three dogs: Dotty, a Cattle Dog mix and Lakeside’s “pawceptionist,” Tikaia, a Husky mix, and Bali, an Australian Shepherd mix. I also enjoy fostering puppies whenever I have the opportunity. Animals have always been an important part of my life, and I feel fortunate to be able to combine my passion for animals with my love of helping and educating the families who care for them.
